Renata Nyakairu

Renata Nyakairu is an Associate at ENS in Uganda, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructuring, tax, and general corporate commercial advisory. She advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, M&A processes, due diligence investigations, and reviews and prepares commercial transaction documents.

She also assists companies in setting up their local operations in Uganda and with regulatory compliance, and advises on insolvency and business restructuring procedures. Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work across a range of corporate and commercial matters.

Renata holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Edinburgh, completed the Legal Practice Course at BPP University, and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She also holds an Advanced Diploma in International Taxation from the Chartered Institute of Taxation.
