Anita Kenyangi

Anita Kenyangi is a Senior Associate at ENS in Uganda, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate and commercial advisory, corporate restructurings, and payment systems. She advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, conducts legal due diligence exercises, and prepares transaction documents across a range of sectors.

She also advises on international civil service law and has assisted with dispute resolution in that area. In addition, she assists companies in setting up and doing business in Uganda, advising on the regulatory environment for different business structures and on regulatory compliance issues pertaining to corporate governance.

Anita holds an LL.B (Hons) from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She is admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda.
