Martha Mutamba

Martha Mutamba is an Associate at ENS in Uganda, specialising in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), corporate restructurings, energy law, and general corporate and commercial advisory. She advises clients on corporate and commercial matters, conducts legal due diligence exercises, and prepares transaction documents across a range of sectors.

Her practice spans both transactional and advisory work, with a focus on M&A, corporate restructurings, and regulatory compliance. She assists clients with legal due diligence, corporate governance, and commercial transactions across multiple industries.

She holds an LL.B (Hons) from the University of Dar es Salaam, an LL.M from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre. She is admitted as an advocate of the High Court of Uganda and is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.
