He has also acted for Comité International Olympique (Lausanne, Switzerland), Caterpillar Inc., and Price Costco International, Inc. Brian holds an LL.B (Hons) from Uganda Christian University, Mukono and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He is the Vice Chairperson of the Uganda Law Society Intellectual Property Cluster, a member of the Legal Committee of the Federation of Uganda Football Association (FUFA), and a member of the African Trademark Network. He has taught law at Uganda Christian University and Makerere University Business School, and serves as an external examiner at the Law Development Centre (Bar Course). He has also drafted the Intellectual Property Management Policy for Uganda Christian University.
