Augustine Kiggundu

Augustine Kiggundu is a Partner in the Tax practice, and a lawyer and tax consultant with a special interest in tax advisory and litigation services. His primary practice area is Tax Advisory Law, and he has over 9 years' experience providing tax services.

His experience includes tax compliance reviews, tax advisory services, payroll reviews, tax health checks, tax and legal due diligences in mergers and acquisitions, tax authority audits, and multinational set-ups, among others.

He has previously worked at Ernst & Young and KPMG, where he gained experience advising clients across sectors ranging from manufacturing, agriculture, financial services, NGOs and public parastatals.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws from Makerere University, a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, and a Bachelor of Science in Land Economics from Kyambogo University. He is also a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants – MAT Uganda.
