Phillip Muhumuza

Phillip Muhumuza is an Associate at ENS in Uganda, specialising in dispute resolution, civil, corporate and commercial litigation, employment law, and debt recovery. He advises on a wide range of employment matters including recruitment, termination, and dismissal of employees, and handles land transactions, debt recovery, and family law matters in the High Court and superior courts.

He also has experience in domestic arbitration in disputes arising in the commercial services sectors. His practice spans contentious advisory and litigation work across multiple practice areas, delivering practical legal solutions to clients.

Phillip holds an LL.B (Hons) from Uganda Christian University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and all courts subordinate thereto, and is a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
