James Samuel Zeere

James Samuel Zeere is a Principal Associate at S&L Advocates, specialising in dispute resolution. He advises and represents corporate entities on a wide range of legal, regulatory and transactional matters, with core expertise in corporate and commercial law, employment and labour relations, financial services and insurance, and legal risk management and regulatory compliance.

He has appeared before the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court of Uganda, and has been involved in high-value disputes across multiple sectors, including corporate restructuring, employment claims, insurance litigation, and compliance matters. He works closely with in-house counsel and business operations, and serves as local counsel on cross-border disputes.

James holds an LL.B from Makerere University and a Postgraduate Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre, Uganda. He is an Advocate of the High Court of Uganda and a member of the Uganda Law Society and the East African Law Society.
