He also advised Trade and Development Bank (TDB) on its USD 45 million facility to a leading tobacco franchise in Uganda; advised ABSA Mauritius Bank Limited on its USD 12.5 million facility to a Mauritian entity, the parent company to a leading pharmaceutical franchise in Uganda; and advised the Standard Bank of South Africa on its USD 5.5 million financing to the parent company of a leading real estate developer in Uganda.

He holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) with Honours from Makerere University (2015) and a Diploma in Legal Practice from the Law Development Centre (2016).
