Nicholas Ecimu is a Partner at S&L Advocates, specialising in infrastructure law, project finance, and energy and natural resources. He acts on the mandate of leading development financial institutions, governmental agencies, private infrastructure entities, and project sponsors in the power and infrastructure sector, including electricity, oil and gas, and mining.

Nicholas' experience covers all aspects of project structuring, project development, project finance, risk advisory, and regulatory engagement and support. He advises clients across the full project lifecycle, from conception to implementation, with a focus on complex infrastructure and energy transactions in Uganda and the broader East African region.
